* You must cancel all consultations 24 hr prior to an appointment to receive a refund. No refunds will be given the day of an appointment.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

For Online Therapy provide professional services, which are paid to the counselor through a Counselor Agreement between and the counselor. Refunds for unused time are normally not granted since the counselors charge for time which is scheduled to be used – as other medical professionals. will together with the counselor review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. In case the refund request is based on any special or legal circumstances, such as but not limited to medical, death, disability or court orders, will make accommodations.

In case refund is not granted or possible, we will be able to provide other accommodations, such but not limited to helping you find a new counselor, extending your subscription at no or a reduced cost and providing credit for future counselor services.

If you are not completely satisfied with the quality and acceptance of our programs for a court or legal requirement, we will refund your money in full with written proof of decline. Refund request must be received within 60 days of purchase.

Paid Service Publications and Memberships

Our Paid Service publications generally come with either a limited-time, usually 10 days, money back guarantee or allow you to recover a portion of your purchase price. The term of the guarantee varies with each offer, and it is your responsibility to understand and comply with the offer terms prior to subscribing. Returns/Refund Policy

We will usually process a refund immediately if you are not satisfied. However in the case of items that contain proprietary information, you agree that as soon as you have received and opened the package or communications containing the item you are no longer eligible to receive a refund, unless otherwise stated on the sales page.

For higher value items we may require you to obtain from us a Return Merchandise Authorization number before returning an item to us (and ensure that you return it by a trackable insured shipping method to the value of the returned item).

You will pay return postage/mailing fees (and if necessary to insure the items with the returning carrier). After we have received and verified the returned product, a full refund on the amount you original paid will be made back to the payment card or bank account you originally used to pay us.

In the case of events, summits or Meet Ups, where you are purchasing a ticket or a seat to a live event, we will honor full refunds up to 30 days prior to the event date. Post 30 days, refunds are not offered. Events necessitate large up front costs and commitments that we must abide by, therefore it would represent a hardship for us to credit a refund outside of the 30-day window, as we will likely be unable to recover the lost revenue.

Sponsorships are non-refundable. Once you have agreed to and completed payment for a sponsorship, no refunds will be honored. The exception is acts of God or cancellation of the event being sponsored, in which case a full refund will be provided.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
